Recently, Elsevier has announced journal access to 60 German institutes. The individual subscription of many German scientists and researchers were cancelled by the publishing house by end of 2016. However, such a step by the Elsevier would promote German research and also meet its vision of global dissemination of the innovative research knowledge.
